                                                 Payment Terms:

The terms and conditions can vary depending on the specific customer and the agreement between the Shree Ganesh Services and the customer. However, it is common to require 100% advance payment for laboratory instruments. In general, We often offer flexible payment terms to accommodate customers’ needs and establish a mutually beneficial business relationship.

  1. Advance Payment: It is common to request an upfront payment or advance payment to initiate the order process. The advance payment amount is typically a 100% Advance Payment against Proforma Invoice Against Purchase Order.
  2. On Credit: In some case we can provide time period credit to our customer of 15, 30, 45 days after dispatching the order from our location or received at customer location.

         Be Noted that we insist to proceed with 100 % Advance Payment.

 

                                                        Warranty:

          The warranty period for laboratory instruments can vary depending on the manufacturer, type of instrument, and specific terms and conditions provided by the manufacturer. Normally warranty period is of 12 months from the date of Installation & documentation of the instrument by our Service Engineer. However there is no replacement of any instrument if the fault is due to electrical power supply fluctuation or misuse or handling issue from customer end.

But for consumables there is no warranty period only replacement is given if there is any manufacturing defect or wrong shipment received by customer.
